Dr. Dave Smits was raised on a cattle ranch south of Wiggins, CO. He graduated from Colorado State in 1989, and has been practicing in Fort Morgan since 1993. Dr. Smits enjoys working on both small and large animals, but is especially interested in food animal medicine.
Dr. Melissa Smits graduated from CSU in 1989. She practiced in Salem, MA for 4 years before moving to Fort Morgan in 1993, and has been here ever since! Dr. Melissa works part time and is our only exclusively small animal veterinarian.
Dr. Adina Walker graduated from Kansas State University College of Vet Medicine in 2003. She joined FMVC in July 2005 and became a partner in the practice in October 2008. Her favorite part about working at the clinic is that the variety of species she sees each day means never having 2 days exactly alike!
Dr. Tiffany McGregor grew up in small towns throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. She went to undergraduate in Laramie, WY before veterinary school at Colorado State University. She graduated in May 2014 and started here in July 2014. Dr. McGregor particularly enjoys beef cattle medicine. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family.
Dr. Justin Galbreath was born and raised in Oakes, ND on a diversified farm and ranch. He attended North Dakota State University, graduating in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Animal & Range Science. He then graduate from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Galbreath enjoys companion and food animal medicine and surgery. His hobbies include kayaking, grilling, hunting and fishing.
